iCO is suitable for all property types approved in British Standard BS:8458, including domestic occupancies (such as individual dwellings, flats, maisonettes, transportable homes, HMOs, bed and breakfast accommodation and boarding houses) and residential occupancies (such as blocks of flats over 18m, sheltered and extra care housing, residential care premises, rehabilitation accommodation, dormitories and hostels).
Flexible tubing is required to be mounted behind a fire rated barrier. Stainless Steel 316 rigid pipework is also available for applications where a fire rated barrier is not suitable.
